Junkön (Junk Island) is located a brisk boat trip straight out from Luleå. A place few would ever discover, unless you really had a reason to stop here. And it would probably have stayed that way, if it wasn’t for one thing: Kalix Löjrom (Kalix Vendace Roe or sometimes referred to as Kalix Caviar).
